We will access the issues in 3 Category

  • 1st Category
    • You got the right product, right size and right colour but for some reason you don’t like it and you want to exchange it, we will do that for you but you will have to bear all shipping cost from both sides.
    • You got the right product, right size and right colour but you want to return or refund it, such case will not be entertained.
  • 2nd Category
    • You got the wrong product or wrong size or wrong colour in such case we will bear the shipping cost of both sides and will exchange the product.
    • In similar case if you want a refund or want to return the product and want anything else that can also be done.
  • 3rd Category
    • You got a Damaged Product in such case please report us on our Whatsapp number with in 2 days with images or videos proving that the product was Pre-Damage. In such case we will try our best to compensate you in the best way possible.

Things to consider before exchange, return or refund.

  • Product should be in new, unused and unaltered condition, just like how we sent you. Any product having scratches, missing items, broken seals or marks that shows that the product was used or fitted in any way will be returned back to customer on his expenses and will not be returned or exchanged.
  • Product should be returned with all of its packing material like box, plastic cover etc.
  • Any kind of parts related to that product should also be returned as well like Fittings, Screws, Bolts, Pads, tags, covers or anything that came with that product.
  • Products that are used by rider like Gloves, Helmets, Knee Elbow Guards or any type of bags should be tested indoor and should avoid riding with them if you want to return them.
  • We test every electrical item before dispatch so we will not entertain any issue with electrical item so make sure you choose a Professional Electrician for installation.
